Questions
About private sessions
Can’t find what you’re looking for? Send me a note and I’ll get back to you within a day or two.
Do I need any experience?
Not at all. Private sessions are a wonderful way to begin, because everything is paced around you.
Where do sessions take place?
At the studio, in your home (within a short drive) or online — whichever helps you feel most at ease.
Can I share a session with a friend?
Yes. Sessions for two or three people are welcome; get in touch for small-group rates.
I have an injury. Can you help?
I adapt every practice to your body and work alongside your physiotherapist or doctor where helpful. Yoga complements medical care; it never replaces it.
