About
A teacher, a student, a fellow human
The story behind the classes — and why slowing down might be the bravest thing we do.
My story
From restless to rooted
My first yoga class was an accident. A friend dragged me along after a long week at a job I didn’t love, and for sixty minutes the noise in my head went quiet. I walked home feeling like I had remembered something important.
Years of practice, a 500-hour training and many patient teachers later, I began teaching the kind of classes I had needed back then: slow enough to feel, strong enough to build resilience, and kind enough that everyone belongs.
Today I teach small group classes, private sessions and a handful of retreats each year. I still practise every morning, I still fall out of balance poses, and I still believe the most important part of class is the moment you choose to show up.
I can’t wait to practise with you.

Gentle by design, never passive
Slow is strong
We move with the breath and take our time, building strength and steadiness without strain.
Options, always
Every pose has variations. Props are tools, not crutches, and rest is always a valid choice.
Room to breathe
Small groups and unhurried transitions leave space to notice how you feel — on and off the mat.
Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.

Your first class
Ready when you are
Roll out a mat, take a breath and see how you feel. Beginners are always welcome.
