Teachers

Guided with care

Six teachers, hundreds of hours of training and one shared belief: nobody should feel rushed on the mat.

  • Maya Linden

    Founder & lead teacher

    Vinyasa, Yin, Breathwork

Maya opened Stillpoint in 2016 to make a room where nobody rushes you. She teaches slow vinyasa, long yin and the breath in between.

  • Theo Okafor

    Strong flow teacher

    Vinyasa, Strength, Inversions

Theo teaches strong, playful flow with a coach’s eye for strength and a soft spot for the people who think they can’t do a handstand.

  • Inês Duarte

    Prenatal & hatha teacher

    Prenatal, Hatha, Restorative

Inês teaches prenatal yoga and gentle hatha with warmth and practical wisdom, and knows exactly where the extra bolsters are kept.

  • Sam Whitlow

    Meditation & breathwork guide

    Meditation, Breathwork, Sound

Sam guides our meditation and breathwork classes with a calm voice, simple instructions and no pressure to “get it right”.

  • Hana Mori

    Yin & restorative teacher

    Yin, Restorative, Yoga nidra

Hana teaches yin, restorative and yoga nidra: the slow end of the timetable, and some of the most popular classes we have.

  • Jonah Reyes

    Foundations teacher

    Hatha, Foundations, Alignment

Jonah teaches our Foundations course and lunchtime hatha. If you are new, he is probably the first friendly face you will meet.

My job isn’t to fix anyone’s pose. It’s to make the room feel safe enough that you want to stay.
