Level guide

Which class is right for me?

Levels are a guide, not a test. If you are unsure, start gently and tell your teacher how you are feeling today.

Level 1 of 3

Beginner

New to yoga, or coming back after a break. A slower pace, clear cues and plenty of time to ask questions.

Level 2 of 3

Intermediate

Comfortable with sun salutations and the common standing postures. A little more flow, a little more heat.

Level 3 of 3

Advanced

A strong, regular practice, with arm balances and inversions. Always offered, never expected.

Everyone welcome

All levels

Open to every body and every stage. Teachers offer options throughout, so each class meets you where you are.
