Questions
Something we have not covered? We are always happy to help.
I have never done yoga. Which class should I start with?
Foundations and Slow Hatha are made for first-timers, and every class offers options. Arrive ten minutes early and tell your teacher it is your first time. They will take good care of you.
What should I bring?
Just yourself and comfortable clothes you can move in. Mats, blocks, bolsters and blankets are all here for you, and there is a water refill station by the door.
How far ahead can I book, and can I cancel?
You can book up to seven days ahead. Cancel up to twelve hours before class and your credit comes straight back; after that the class counts, so someone on the waitlist can take your spot.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. Monthly memberships can be paused for up to two months a year, for travel, illness or simply life. Let us know before your next billing date.
Do you offer concessions?
Students, over-65s and anyone on a low income get 20% off any pass, and our Sunday community class is always pay what you can.
Is the studio accessible?
Both studios are on the ground floor with step-free access, and there is an accessible toilet. Chairs are welcome in every class. If anything would make your visit easier, tell us and we will arrange it.
